If you think about it in an evolutionary sense, it used to be that male cavemen usually did the dirty work. They were generally physically stronger and therefore they were the ones who went out and bashed the bear's head with a rock. Now, we have technology to do all that, and being male is a disbenefit because you have a lower life expectancy, therefore we are dying off.

I don't mind it though, I would love to be the only rooster on the farm. I feel envy for some lucky bastard 5 bajillion years from now whos the only male left on earth.

Remember that game battle tanx? Yeah, it would be like that... only in reverse.

The technological singularity will come before this could ever happen anyways heh heh.

Men can clone themselves too ya know. Wombs will be transplantable soon or so I heard on the radio.

I'd like to see a world full of cars without hoods (yes Volvo designed a car with their all-woman design team and it had no hood - made me rofl), extra large parking spaces and no men to constantly bitch at and revolve their lives around I wonder what would happen. Most people spend all their time at work and raise their kids and they are straight so I never see this happening.

I think it could very easily be done in the short term future, as well as a trend of "designer" babies increasing. (You edit their genetic code to tell them how to look, behave, etc.) But, making the Male part of our species just dissipear would not happen for several logical reasons.. We're still in a Male dominate society for one, another good reason would be.. Not all girls are homo/bisexual.

So yeah - could but won't. Designer babies will though, but not completely taking out males.

I for one don't wanna live in a world without men. Not that I couldn't.. *ahem*... be with other women. But without guys there'd be no one we could be a mystery to, and leave scratching their heads trying to figure us out. lol
